Parliamentary Jazz Awards 2010

Mark has won the 2010 Jazz Musician Of The Year at the Parliamentary Jazz Awards. Presented with the award at the Houses Of Parliament the award was made in recognition of Mark's exceptionally creative year with the release of the critically acclaimed 'In Deep' CD on the Edition record label and Mark's first Big Band album 'Days Like These' on the fuzzymoon record label. Mark has also been nominated by the Global Music Foundation for best jazz instrumentalist, winners will be annouced at the Pizza Express in Dean Street on Monday 16th August, go to www.globalmusicfoundation.org for more infomation.
